I bring over 25 years of experience in criminal justice, criminology, education, and private investigation. In addition to my work with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Education, I have collaborated closely with the Maryland State Police, Maryland Department of Public Safety, Maryland State Department of Education, Maryland Higher Education Commission, Texas Education Agency, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and various local law enforcement agencies.

I also served as an investigator for the Superior Court Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C., where I conducted in-depth case research, interviewed witnesses, and supported defense counsel in trial preparation.

Over the course of my career, I have conducted hundreds of background checks—including pre-employment screenings, executive-level vetting, and specialized investigations for sensitive positions. I’ve served as lead investigator on felony criminal cases, provided comprehensive juror research and profiling, and managed complex investigations requiring discretion, accuracy, and a deep understanding of both legal and regulatory standards.

Throughout my professional journey, I have contributed to the development of state-level criminal justice and education policies, served as adjunct faculty in criminal justice at multiple universities, and cultivated a strong network of experts and legal resources. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, a Master’s degree in Criminology, and a Juris Doctorate.
